There is something distinctly Indian about the aroma of Sandalwood, which is deeply interwoven in our history and culture. The fragrance will linger for hours.

Traditional Indian hand-rolled blends of flowers, spices, and resins. Each stick burns for about 30 minutes. The natural ingredients, herbs, and resins are blended to perfection to create a soothing aroma that will enhance any mood or environment.

     HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
    As we are a small team, please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS days for processing and dispatch. This excludes Express Post orders. We work really hard to get all of your orders out as soon as possible. During checkout you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery", this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your parcel to you. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

    ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS

    There are no refunds unless the product description has misrepresented the piece. Our crystals come all natural, so fractures may occur during handling. If your item has arrives damaged please send us an email. 

     Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days so if you need to cancel your order for any reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.

    We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. It states we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However we understand sometimes you might find another item you like more. if your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap products around.

    We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped you will incurre a 10% cancellation fee. If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar product. if you would prefer, we are happy to offer a store credit and you can purchase whatever your heart desires!
