We ship within Australia only. We're not able to send overseas at this time.

How long it takes

We're a small team, so please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order. Express orders are prioritised.

These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Delays happen, especially around the holidays.

Tracking your order

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to you by email once your parcel leaves us. You can also see your order status any time in your account.

At checkout you can choose Signature on Delivery. This asks the courier to collect a signature before handing over your parcel. Without it, if a parcel goes missing after being marked as delivered, Australia Post handles the claim directly.

Parcel lost in transit

Let us know. We really don't like it when parcels go missing, and we'll do everything we can to track it down.

Parcel returned to us

This happens for three reasons — an incorrect address, return to sender, or not collected from your local post office. We'll get in touch to arrange resending, at an additional shipping cost. If you'd rather not have it resent, we're happy to issue a store credit for the value of the items, minus the original shipping.

Arrived damaged

Send us a photo and we'll sort it out. Crystals are natural and fragile, and occasionally the journey is unkind. See our refund policy for the full details.

We're on the Gold Coast, working from home — just the two of us. There's no warehouse and no shopfront, which is why every parcel is packed by hand.
