The questions we're asked most, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, just write to us — there are two of us and we read everything.

Ordering & shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Australia only. We're not able to send overseas at this time.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Below that, standard is $10.90–$13.90 and express is $14.90–$17.90 depending on your order value. Express on orders over $100 is $9.90.

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Full breakdown on our shipping page.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack and dispatch. We're a small team and every parcel is packed by hand.

Once it's posted: standard takes up to 4 business days in metro areas and up to 6 elsewhere. Express is next business day in metro, up to 3 days elsewhere. These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you once your parcel leaves us. You can also check the status any time in your account.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If it hasn't shipped yet, usually yes. Message us as soon as you can with your order number and what you'd like changed. Once a parcel is with Australia Post, we can't change it.

My parcel hasn't arrived. What now?

Check your tracking first — delays happen, especially around holidays. If tracking has stalled or shows delivered but nothing arrived, tell us and we'll chase it up with Australia Post.

About our crystals

Where do your crystals come from?

From all over the world. Amethyst from Brazil, larimar from the Caribbean, lapis from Afghanistan, jasper from right here in Australia — each stone comes from wherever the earth made it.

We work with suppliers we've built relationships with over the years, and Sheri selects every piece by hand before it's listed. Nothing arrives here by algorithm.

Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?

Not exactly, and that's the point. Every crystal is a natural stone — colour, size, shape, inclusions and surface marks vary from piece to piece.

Where a product is one-of-a-kind, the photo is of that exact piece. Where we carry multiples, the photo is representative and yours will be similar but not identical.

How do I choose my first crystal?

Two ways. You can shop by intention — start with what you need rather than what it's called — or take our crystal quiz, which takes about two minutes.

Honestly, though? Most people are drawn to a stone before they can explain why. If one keeps pulling your eye back, that's usually your answer.

Are your crystals natural?

Almost all of them, yes. Some are polished, carved or tumbled — that's shaping, not altering the stone.

A few pieces are treated or man-made by nature of what they are: aura quartz is bonded with metal vapour to create the iridescence, and opalite is a glass. Where that's the case, it's stated in the product description. We won't sell you something as natural when it isn't.

Who chooses the crystals?

Sheri, a certified holistic practitioner with training in kinesiology, crystal healing and chakra work. Every piece is selected by hand, cleansed and charged before it's packed.

There's no warehouse and no dropshipping. Everything you see is stock we physically hold. More about us.

Do you have something that isn't on the site?

Possibly. Tell us what you're after and we'll see whether we can source it. Send us a message.

Caring for your crystal

How do I cleanse my crystal?

Three methods that are safe for almost any stone: smoke (sage or palo santo), sound (a bell or singing bowl), or moonlight overnight.

Be careful with water and salt. Some crystals — selenite and halite among them — dissolve or lose their surface. If you're not sure about your stone, use one of the three methods above.

How often should I cleanse it?

There's no rule. Many people cleanse when a stone feels heavy or dull, after using it through something difficult, or simply at the full moon. Trust what you notice.

What does it mean to program a crystal?

It means giving the stone a clear intention so it works with you rather than sitting as decoration. Hold it, breathe, and state what you'd like it to support — out loud or silently.

Do it after cleansing, before first use. Programming isn't magic. It's attention — and attention, when it's sincere, is powerful.

Can my crystal fade in sunlight?

Some can. Amethyst, rose quartz, citrine and fluorite may lose colour with prolonged direct sun. Indirect light is safer for long-term display.

My crystal cracked or broke. Does that mean something?

Crystals are natural and fragile — sometimes it's simply physics. Many practitioners read a spontaneous break as the stone having completed its work with you. Either way, it isn't a fault in the piece.

If it arrived broken, that's different — see returns below.
