We try and sort each of our products into easy to find categories under the 'MENU' tab, making it easy to browse.
'BY CRYSTALS' lists our crystal types by alphabetical order.
‘POPULAR’ shows our Sale, Tumbles, Under 20$, Under 50$ and Pre Loved.
'JEWELLERY' lists Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Pendants and Rings.
'SHAPES' Will list stones based on their formation
'DECOR & ESSENTIALS' shows cleansing tools, statues, mists, bowls, candles and more everything else we sell.
'LIBRARY' lists Affirmation Cards, Bookends, Books, Calendars, Journal, Diaries, Oracle and Tarot Decks.
If you are after something specific, we do have a 'search' feature in the top right center of the site.

We are happy to give you a store credit (minus shipping) if you do not wish the item/s to be resent.
*All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking numbers.
WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
We are located on the Gold Coast and we operate from our lovely home. We are an online store only.
There are no refunds unless the product description has misrepresented the piece. Our crystals come all-natural so fractures may occur during handling. If your item has arrived damaged please send us an email.
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days so if you need to cancel your order for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. It states we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, we understand sometimes you might find another item you like more. if your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap products around.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement for the same or similar product. if you prefer, we are happy to offer store credit and you can purchase whatever your heart desires!
We ask you to please return the damaged products in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method at your own cost. Upon receiving the item, we will refund your shipping costs.

We accept payments from Afterpay, Zip, Laybuy and Klarna. Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer.
