Refund & Returns

UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

If, for any reason, your recent purchase has left you less than thrilled, we're here to assist you. Simply reach out to us at info@lovecrystals.com.au and let us know about your concerns.

Kindly attach clear photos of the items you received, as well as a snapshot of your packing slip for our reference.

 

  • 30-Day Return Window: You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To return your order, please contact us at  info@lovecrystals.com.au

  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (stickers and possible gifts)

  • Return Shipping: Please note that while we are happy to refund the full cost of the item, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Exchanges: In the case of defective or damaged products, we're more than happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us for further instructions.

  • Contact Us: If you have any questions about our return policy or need help with a return, please don't hesitate to contact us

 

 

Refund Policy

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

  • Please be aware this can take 7-14 days after the order arriving. You will be notified once a refund has been made.
  • We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

Faulty items / Broken piece

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact info@lovecrystals.co within 60 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:  

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

 

 

CHANGE YOUR MIND?

If your order hasn't shipped yet and you wish to make changes, whether it's adding items or swapping one for another, please get in touch with us promptly. You can use the email address provided above or visit our "Contact Us" page. We're more than happy to modify your order before it heads your way, and any cost adjustments will be invoiced accordingly.

If you've already received your order but had a change of heart about a product, we understand. While we're not required to offer returns or refunds under the QLD Fair Trading Policy, we genuinely care about your satisfaction.
