HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
As we are a small team, please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS days for processing and dispatch. This excludes Express Post orders. We work really hard to get all of your orders out as soon as possible. During checkout you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery", this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your parcel to you. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

* If a parcel goes missing while on it's way to you please let us know! We really don't like it when parcels go missing and we will do everything we can to find it!
* If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.

- Return to sender
- Failure to pick up from your local post office
We are happy to give you a store credit (minus shipping) if you do not wish the item/s to be resent.
