Higher Self Aura Mist

Higher Self mists brings  you into alignment with your higher being. This blend is perfect to use with meditation, yoga, Pilates or anyone looking to get in touch with their higher self!

A Blend of: Frankincense, Sandalwood, Lavender and Patchouli essential Oils, mixed with purified water.

Misting your energy field:

• Step 1: Hold the mist at arms length from your body.
• Step 2: Spritz the mist lightly  around your head and body.
• Step 3: Take a moment to breath in the beautiful sent and bring awareness to your body and how you are feeling.
• Step 4: Continue on your day.

Misting your House/Car/Work Space:

• Step 1: Hold mist in direction of area you wish to cleanse lightly  spray in area. 
• Step 2: Stand tall, close your eyes and take a deep breath feel the change of space.
• Step 3: Thank your space and set the intention of a clear energised space.

Cleansing and Energising your crystals:

• Step 1: Hold or place crystal in a well ventilated space.
• Step 2: Hold mist above crystal and lightly spray over crystal, one spray is enough.
• Step 3: Hold crystal in your hand, close your eyes and breath and allow yourself to connect with your crystal.
