During checkout you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery", this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your parcel to you. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

There are no refunds unless the product description has misrepresented the piece. Our crystals come all natural, so fractures may occur during handling. If your item has arrives damaged please send us an email.

However we understand sometimes you might find another item you like more. if your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap products around.
