Misting your energy field:

Step 1: Hold the mist at arms length from your body.

Step 2: Spritz the mist lightly around your head and body.

Step 3: Take a moment to breath in the beautiful sent and bring awareness to your body and how you are feeling.

Misting your House/Car/Work Space:

Step 1: Hold mist in direction of area you wish to cleanse lightly spray in area.
- Step 2: Stand tall, close your eyes and take a deep breath feel the change of space.
- Step 3: Thank your space and set the intention of a clear energised space.
Cleansing and Energising your crystals:
- Step 1: Hold or place crystal in a well ventilated space.
- Step 2: Hold mist above crystal and lightly spray over crystal, one spray is enough.
- Step 3: Hold crystal in your hand, close your eyes and breath and allow yourself to connect with your crystal.
